Job summary

Regenity Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Label Preparation Associate to perform label printing for final packaging and support related warehouse activities. The role requires adherence to SOPs, accurate documentation, and a collaborative approach to meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform label printing for final packaging following schedule and complete all related documentation.
  • Print preprinted Tyvek lids for certain products.
  • Assist with existing product label support as required.
  • Requisition and store label printing supplies.
  • Adhere to daily schedule and optimize it to meet cost, quality, delivery and service goals.
  • Identify and record problems relating to product, process and quality system.

Job description

The Label Preparation Associate will be responsible for performing label printing activities for final packaging of finished products. This position will also support warehouse activities related to finished products and ensure the solid execution of company programs remain consistent with the overall company values. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the manufacturing process and can support the strategic and operational objectives of the business. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform label printing for final packaging following schedule and complete all related documentation.
  • Perform printing of preprinted Tyvek lids for certain products.
  • Assists with existing product label support as required.
  • Requisition and store of label printing supplies.
  • Adheres to daily schedule. Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, delivery and service goals.
  • Assist in assuring a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedure and department operating procedures.
  • Keep work area organized and free of clutter and debris.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Assist with various special ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

Education, Experience and Certification
  • This position requires a minimum of an Associate's degree or 3 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of cGMP is desirable.

  • Experience with label design software applications and Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and MS Excel).

Salary Range: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
