This role is on Night Shift, 8 PM to 6:30 AM, Thursday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate label machines efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Minimize waste of raw materials.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors.
• Perform distribution functions as needed.
• Keep accurate logs of raw materials, date, and carton IDs for inventory and QC tracking.
• Use ERP system to log time and materials.
• Maintain all dies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following safety procedures and using PPE.
• Work overtime or on other shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Comply with all safety and company policies, including drug-free workplace policies.

Physical Demands

• Stand for 2/3 to full shift daily.
• Use hands and fingers frequently.
• Reach with arms and hands.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Require close vision and color vision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years of related experience or training.
• Strong mechanical skills for operating label machinery.
