Job summary

SCA Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Label & Log Gen Technician to support production labeling tasks at our Windsor, CT facility. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, label generation, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with Pharmacists and the Operations Manager to ensure batch records and labels are printed accurately, maintaining data integrity, traceability, and readiness for audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to use computer and label printing equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus, while sitting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate product labels for production, inventory, quality control process, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date, compliant, and inclusion of all necessary information such as barcodes and expiration dates
• Generate and maintain logs for production, inventory, and quality control processes, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards for labeling and documentation
• Work with production, quality assurance, and compliance teams to address issues and update labels
• Regularly review labels and logs for accuracy and integrity
• Resolve problems with labeling software or systems as they arise
• Compile reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Maintain and organize all records related to labeling and logging activities
• Perform other tasks as assigned
