Job summary

MCC in Clarksville, TN is seeking a production associate to support high-volume packaging operations. The role involves loading and unloading stock, machine operation, die setup, quality checks, and inventory verification within a GMP/Food Safety framework.

Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, clear communication, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times daily. ISO quality practices apply to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer Skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Must have physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands to handle material.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Includes ability to stoop, squat, crawl and kneel as needed.
• Frequent walking required.
• Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload rolls of stock to be processed.
• Machine operation to production targets.
• Die set up and maintenance.
• Properly identify finished product for inventory accuracy.
• Perform quality check and enter data into system.
• Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems requirements.
