Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Finisher for the 2nd shift (2pm to 10pm). The role involves inspecting label quality, operating finishing equipment, and preparing products for shipping.

You will also package, fanfold, and rewind labels to meet customer specifications, with data entry for traceability and material issue notification. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect labels for quality defects per production checklist.
• Operate finishing equipment (Hand Tables, Rotoflex DLI/HSI, Siat, Shrink Wrapper).
• Prioritize workload based on ship date or directions.
• Fanfold completed labels to customer specs from press roll.
• Package completed orders using shrink wrapper for shipping protection.
• Weigh sheeted packs for correct count and package per specs.
• Rewind label rolls to ensure finish per job ticket requirements.
• Enter job data into the computer for traceability.
• Identify material problems and notify management.
• Prepare and package product for shipping and communicate concerns.
• Act as Shipping backup as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
