Job summary

Catalyst Nutraceuticals is seeking a Label Coordinator and Technical Documentation Specialist to review and maintain product documentation and packaging artwork. You will liaise with Development, Quality, customers, and vendors to ensure FDA-compliant labeling and documentation while managing the Label Panel Review (LPR) process from receipt to final approval.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems and labeling

Qualifications

  • Requires a 4-year college degree or 1–3 years related experience; both preferred.
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write English for regulatory documentation and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with strong organization.
  • Proficient with office programs and ERP systems; familiarity with labeling and packaging workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage submission of labels for customer sign-offs and internal communications.
  • Initiate label deviations and change controls per responsibility matrix.
  • Review customer artwork and labels for regulatory compliance.
  • Directly engage with customers as primary contact for label/packaging reviews and LPR process.
  • Log and track all artwork submissions; communicate mandatory FDA changes and observations for revision.
  • Maintain version control of label/packaging artwork and ensure current files are re-validated before production.
