As a Software Engineer on the Lab45 team, Write production quality code. Be passionate about solving complex problems and learning new modern stacks. Review code and provide feedback to ensure correctness and best practices. Contribute to design documents, user guides and documentation. Triage and debug product issues to ensure functional correctness, performance and resiliency. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related field (computer science, electrical engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience 3 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages writing production quality code. Strong understanding of data structures or algorithms. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of product market fit, user experience, analytics, metrics and A/B testing. Experience taking ideas from inception to launch. Experience working with highly scalable, fault-tolerant, secure and complaint architecture and systems. Strong communication skills and bias for action Our team members are located around the world. This position will work closely with folks across the US, Europe and India. We all act as one team with no borders. This position can be located anywhere and is primarily a remote work position that requires independent work and a high standard of communication and coordination with team members.
