Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a part-time Laboratory Support Associate in the United States to assist lab and warehouse logistics. The role includes loading/unloading materials, packaging and shipping, and receiving materials against Purchase Orders with proper documentation in the system.

You will store, count and issue materials for lab needs, perform receipt inspections per processes and industry standards, and contribute to a high-performance culture while supporting diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material of varying sizes and weights, including packaging and shipping.
• Perform commercial receipt of incoming material and verify PO compliance; document in the database.
• Accurately store, count and issue material to support laboratory needs.
• Conduct receipt inspections following lab processes and industry standards.
• Support a high-performance culture and learning environment.
• Participate in diversity-promoting activities in the workplace and supplier base.
• Seek feedback on performance and opportunities for continuous improvement.
