Qualifications

• Execution of product performance tests on small appliances.
• Develop procedures to ensure energy and safety compliance and improve lab efficiency.
• Lead testing and evaluation of division appliances, developing and maintaining lab equipment procedures and energy/safety tests.
• Support development and maintenance of lab standards, test procedures, compliance, regulatory standards, and efficiency.
• Support cross-functional engineering teams on project work and product development.
• Maintenance of all records.
• Improvement and maintenance of testing dashboards and implement audits to support corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Maintenance of laboratory consumables, equipment calibration, and execute special projects or assignments as needed.
• Leading of problem-solving efforts and root cause analysis to improve product quality.
• Strong organizational skill and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
• Knowledge of and ability to handle laboratory test equipment related to product testing and evaluation.
