Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah is seeking an Aircraft Technician II for lab test activities in a high-precision environment. You will perform complex inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with FAA requirements and internal standards.
The role requires an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate and 2 years of aviation maintenance experience (or 4 years including 2 years on mid/large aircraft). A valid driver’s license is required.
one year Gulfstream Lab Test experience required. Catia and Smarteam experience preferred. Water Jet operation experience preferred. knowledge of aircraft hydraulics preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required. FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate and 2 years of aviation maintenance experience or 4 years of aviation maintenance experience to include 2 years of experience working on mid/large size aircraft required.. Valid Driver's License required. Position Purpose:Under minimal supervision, performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures.
