Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the operation and maintenance of all Wet Lab equipment.
  2. Maintain relationships with Production Operators, Technicians, and Engineering staff.
  3. Perform and report chemical analysis results using lab software.
  4. Track chemical analysis results in SPC software and identify trends.
  5. Manage Tag-out procedures for process lines during chemical out-of-spec conditions.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers regarding maintenance and software support for test equipment.
  7. Select appropriate test methods and analysis techniques based on process chemistry.
  8. Ensure all safety procedures are followed in the lab areas.
  9. Document all test methods accurately and thoroughly.
  10. Resolve data collection issues and assist with technical problem-solving.
  11. Communicate professionally across various levels within the division.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  13. Support off-shift coverage for vacations and sick leave.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Basic chemistry knowledge, including titration and pH analysis.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
  1. Associate degree in a chemical science field or five years of experience with test equipment preferred.
  2. Experience with analytical chemical equipment and wet titrations preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience. For roles in New York, California, and Colorado, TTM provides a reasonable salary range per local law, with specific ranges for California based on physical location.
