The Hattiesburg Clinic is seeking a Lab Technician to perform laboratory procedures under physician supervision and to cross-train in the running of EKGs.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomist and CMA certifications are required or preferred as noted. BLS/CPR certification is preferred. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a clinical setting.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lab Technician performs laboratory procedures under the supervision of and as ordered by the physician. The Lab Technician is also cross trained in the running of EKGs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Phlebotomist and/or CMA certification from an approved training program, required
• BLS/CPR certification, preferred

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
