Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, automotive, or rotary machinery.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide lab support to engineers by assisting with running lab tests and technical evaluations.
• Conduct experiments and tests on prototypes or existing systems, collect data, and analyze results.
• Create and maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and instruments.
• Assist in prototyping, building and assembling models and selecting components.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with engineers.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in safety audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
