Job description

Job Description:

• Support Flavourist and perform specialized and accurate compounding of flavour samples within a set time frame
• Ensure compounded samples meet QC Department test and requirement
• Manage sweet flavour and ingredient library
• Support technical team in sensory activities
• Ensure that waste materials are disposed safely
• Maintain and track stock level of laboratory supplies such as glass bottles, raw materials etc.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas
• Ensure raw materials are stored at the correct temperature to ensure quality and safety
• Perform standard laboratory tests according to prescribed procedures and recording of test results
• To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Chemical & Pharmacuetical Technology / Science or relevant courses
