Job Description
  • Responsible for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products. Operates production equipment.
  • Weighs, measures, and checks raw materials to ensure proper ingredients and quantities.
  • Assists with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
  • Validates processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization.
  • Handles waste chemicals, solvents, and acids disposal. Troubleshoots and resolves scientific operational issues.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manufacturing and assembling products, operating production equipment.
  • Checking raw materials, assisting with testing, validating processes.
  • Creating solutions, powders, and liquids to meet specifications.
  • Supporting onboarding and new procedures training.
  • Supporting supervisors, providing operational improvements.
  • Following GMP procedures, adhering to safety and housekeeping policies.
  • Working overtime as necessary.
Qualifications

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • High school + technical certification + 3 years lab experience, OR
  • AS degree + 2-3 years lab experience, OR
  • BS degree + 1-2 years lab experience.
Skills
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and ability to operate independently.
  • Proficiency in English, reading, writing, analyzing charts, basic arithmetic.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
