North Carolina State University is seeking a Lab Technician in Raleigh, NC, to assist with behavioral recordings, RNA isolation, and PCR for gene expression analysis. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and experience in molecular biology techniques, including PCR and DNA extraction.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Bachelor's degree.
Experience with DNA extraction, midi prep and TANGO system.
Experience in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques (PCR, RT‑qPCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA, RNA, and protein extraction, TANGO assay, cell culture).
Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a supportive team environment.
Goal oriented and highly motivated.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Accurate record keeping and data management skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
