Position Summary: Le Labo is a niche perfume company, born in Grasse and raised in New York City. Every fragrance is freshly hand-blended and each label is personalized, before the eyes of our clients, at the moment of purchase. Our distribution is intentionally selective: only 51 lab-boutiques worldwide and limited counters with curated partners. About the Position: Our lab technicians are brand ambassadors. They are storytellers that share the beauty of our craft with our clients. Their mission is to create unique and memorable experiences for all who visit our boutiques.

Responsibilities include:

1. Client interactions:

• Ensuring a welcoming environment for clients in the store
• Sharing knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, the brand, and the collection
• Compounding perfumes, labeling, and boxing products
• Building a client database by gathering client information
• Addressing and resolving client situations according to company philosophy, escalating to corporate when necessary

In-store operational duties:

• Maintaining the boutique's appearance
• Monitoring daily sales
• Ensuring full stock of merchandise and transferring stock from storage as needed
• Assisting in monthly supply orders

Online/phone operational duties:

• Receiving and processing orders via phone, online, or Postmates
• Fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with the team to ship orders promptly
• Supporting online customers with additional information

Additional responsibilities:

• Assisting in private events and corporate orders
• Supporting store manager in training new hires
