Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with GDP/GMP experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Development Laboratory operations following SOPs, GDP/GMP requirements and safety practices.
• Operate and support laboratory equipment, including balances, conductivity meters, and pH meters.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance with Metrology and Facilities.
• Manage laboratory hazardous waste and chemical inventories, including proper disposal.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, PPE, and documentation; write and revise SOPs and training materials.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees on lab operations and safety practices.
