Position:

Lab Technician/Warehouse Associate

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of Production Operations, a Lab Tech will be trained in key production tasks to meet production requirements while maintaining performance standards. Responsibilities include order launching, blocking for base and front curve cutting, lathing, polishing, deblocking, final cleaning, packaging, and shipping. Other duties and projects may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trustworthy, honest, and high integrity.
• Preferred: prior manufacturing experience, basic PC skills.

Physical Demands:

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and handling objects. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Good vision and focus required.

Work Environment:

Climate-controlled office with moderate noise. Off-hours support may be needed, including nights and weekends. Travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay starts at $17.00/hour. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and others, depending on employment status and location.
