Cordant Health Solutions in Indianapolis is seeking a self-motivated Full-Time Lab Technician to support Laboratory Operations. You will prepare batches, receive and sort urine and oral fluid specimens at your workstation, and ensure samples are properly labeled.

You will read Chain of Custody forms, order tests, aliquot samples, and maintain accurate data entry while upholding health and safety standards. The role requires detail orientation, the ability to work independently, and good teamwork

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory or high-volume production environment preferred.
• Ability to interpret and follow complex written instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Data entry skills (alpha and numeric) required.

Lab Technician – Laboratory Operations- Indianapolis, INWe are seeking a self-motivated Full-Time Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Operations team. In this role, you will prepare batches of samples by receiving and sorting urine and oral fluid specimens at your assigned workstation.
