Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Laboratory Technician with a degree in Microbiology or related field. You will perform plating, sample prep, and data entry into the eLIMS system, ensuring accurate test results and timely reporting.

You will contribute to quality systems, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client analyses and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Experience in plating, plate reading, and sample preparation.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to ISO/IEC 17025/AOAC ALACC requirements and gov. regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and health/safety compliance.
• Enter sample data into the Eurofins eLIMS system accurately.
• Complete laboratory testing on incoming samples in a timely manner.
• Verify results and submit to appropriate personnel.
