Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a Lab Technician I to join the sample preparation department in our environmental testing laboratory. You will support all lab sample-related activities and maintain documentation while training on basic lab policies and practices.

The role offers an hourly wage, with Tue-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Sat 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM shifts; Pace emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a long-term career in environmental science.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while conducting tests, work around strong smells, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
