Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, terminology and testing procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in documentation and procedures.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain thorough records.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical laboratory tests on solids, liquids, and gases.
• Receive, label, prepare, and analyze samples per established procedures.
• Record data and test results accurately in electronic and paper formats.
• Maintain equipment and assist with calibration and routine maintenance.
