Job summary

Total Talent Solutions is hiring a Lab Technician in Yuma, AZ to support testing, data collection, and equipment upkeep in a fast-paced environment. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and a pay rate of $20.28 per hour with 40 hours per week, no overtime.

You will perform dispenser testing, assist with issue resolution, and help ensure safety and cleanliness in the lab. Travel to customer sites is occasional; strong mechanical/DIY, electrical understanding, and

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical/DIY skills and tool use.
• Basic electrical understanding (batteries, circuits).
• Computer proficiency for data entry and testing systems.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed (expenses reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Perform testing on dispensers, including setup, mounting, and data collection.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving product issues.
• Analyze returned products and support complaint resolution.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and equipment.
• Ship samples and support light warehouse coordination.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites (up to 2x/year).
