Qualifications

• Experience with data center and lab operations.
• Ability to install and configure HPC hardware.
• Maintain and repair multiple servers across legacy and modern systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a lab technician and global development teams to support data center and lab operations.
• Install and configure new HPC hardware in alignment with engineering guidelines.
• Install SLES operating systems using both manual and automated methods.
• Maintain and repair approximately 100 servers across both new and legacy systems.
• Reconfigure systems as needed to support development requirements.
• Resolve hardware, networking, and software issues.
• Track and manage parts and supplies needed for lab operations.
• Maintain detailed trackers documenting the status and connections of machines.
• Maintain lab areas in alignment with EHS guidelines for safety and housekeeping.
• Onsite Availability: Work on-site Monday through Friday.
