Daniel Dental Lab is seeking a skilled Lab Technician to fabricate fixed and removable prostheses, collaborate on implantology cases, and support digital dentistry workflows. You will handle CAM processes, 3D printing, and precision milling while maintaining high quality standards in a collaborative lab environment.

The role requires an accredited lab tech program, CDT certification, and at least one year of experience; strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• Accredited dental laboratory technology program completion required.
• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) required.
• Minimum of one year experience as a dental laboratory technician (preferred).
• Experience with CAM software (3Shape, Delfin) and CAD/CAM processes.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with digital dentistry workflow and 3D printing/milling.

Mansioni

• Fabricates fixed and removable prostheses in conjunction with natural teeth, dental implants, and maxillofacial prostheses.
• Fabricates prostheses with castable dental alloys, pressable ceramics, heat-cured dental acrylic, CAD/CAM dental materials.
• Restoring or replacing natural teeth by fabricating crowns, fixed and removable bridges, dentures, and dental implants.
• Constructing dental prostheses for implantology and maxillo-facial reconstructions.
• Receiving physical dental impression molds or computerized models from dental practices and studying dentists' instructions.
• Encasing wax replicas of dental impressions with suitable mold materials.
• Constructing prostheses by replacing wax with plastic, metal, or ceramic materials.
• Competent in utilizing digital dentistry workflow and 3D printing and milling procedures.
