Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician 2 in Scranton, PA. You will join a team delivering All-on-Four prosthetics, collaborating with prosthodontists to produce esthetic and functional restorations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience in a dental laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of full-arch hybrid restorations, complete dentures, overdentures, and implant-based restorative techniques.
• CDT certification or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive/process work orders including impressions, models, and components.
• Assist fabrication of All-on-Four prosthetics: articulation, denture setup, processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate production aligned with patient schedules.
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments for dentures and implant restorations.
• Maintain lab equipment, tools, and workspace in optimal condition.
• Monitor and restock laboratory supplies using established systems.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and assist in team workflows.
• Utilize standard computer systems and dental lab software.
• Maintain high standards of quality, precision, and communication.

What You’ll Do:

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience in a dental laboratory setting
• Working knowledge of:
  • Full-arch hybrid restorations
  • Complete dentures
  • Overdentures
  • Implant-based restorative techniques
  • Dental anatomy, science, and esthetics
• Certification (CDT) or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
