Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Lab Technician for one of our industry-leading laboratory clients in Cincinnati, OH. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of previous laboratory, quality, or science coursework is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry experience.
  • Comfortable performing analytical tasks and following detailed procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory testing following established methods and standard operating procedures after training.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Chemistry coursework or laboratory experience.
  • Experience handling chemicals or petroleum products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
