Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking a Lab Technician I-III to support field operations by conducting tests on cement, fluids, and oilfield chemicals according to established procedures. This role emphasizes accurate results, proper documentation, and maintaining lab safety and equipment.

Responsibilities include operating cement testing devices, recording data, and preparing client-ready reports with visuals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of laboratory experience with sensitive instruments and testing procedures.
• PEC Safeland USA Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests involving cement, water, and oilfield chemicals using standardized procedures.
• Operate laboratory equipment such as cement consistometers, rheometers/viscometers, ovens, and water baths.
• Record test data and observations clearly in lab notebooks and digital databases.
• Create plots, graphs, and visuals from test data for client reports.
• Compile data into organized, client-ready reports and ensure data traceability.
