Position Summary:

• * The Lab Technician / Assistant II is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of diagnostic laboratory equipment and slide scanning systems
• * The Lab Technician / Assistant II Lab Assistant/Technician responsible form maintaining and servicing diagnostics lab equipment or slide scanningKey

Responsibilities:

• * Support laboratory experiments and research activities
• * Prepare lab materials and samples for testing
• * Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
• * Assist with data collection and documentation
• * Maintain lab inventory and equipment

Qualification & Experience:

• * Previous experience with equipment maintenance
• * Experience with hand tools
• * High attention to detail
• * Experience with Excel or Google sheets
• * Technical aptitude, including previous experience maintaining/servicing diagnostics or lab equipment
• * Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service dealing with the direct public (e.g., retail, restaurant, banking, or other service field)
• * Strong capacity for handling simultaneous projects while strategically prioritizing critical tasks.
• * 2-5 years of experience
• * Strong problem-solving skills
• * Excellent communication abilities
• * Knowledge of industry best practices
