You must have a high school diploma or GED, with no prior experience required. The role includes standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working flexible shifts to accommodate rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lifts up to 50 lbs.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate standard laboratory equipment and keyboard data entry.
• Able to work flexible shifts and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data records and documentation.
• Prepare blood components through centrifugation, separation, freezing, thawing, washing and storage.
• Ensure product quality, proper volume, appearance and timing.
• Label routine and special components and apply quarantine procedures.
