Tailored Management is seeking a Manufacturing Support Technician I in Houston, TX to support GMP production and aseptic processing of clinical and commercial cell therapies. The role involves maintaining and stocking clean room environments and operating a range of equipment.

The position offers day shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule with potential extension or full-time conversion. Pay rate is $25.00/hr, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP production of cell therapies and aseptic processing.
• Familiar with GMP systems such as LIMS, SAP, MODA-ES, Traka.
• Experience with routine inventory management and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Support GMP production of cell therapies, including cryopreservation and quality checks.
• Coordinate autoclaving of materials and records for manufacturing processes.
• Operate manual to automated equipment for clinical and commercial production.
• Handle equipment like controlled rate freezers, heat sealers, autoclaves.
• Maintain knowledge of GMP systems and related documentation.
• Conduct routine inventory and stock control of materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift: Shift: Day 12 hour rotating, 2-3-2 days on, days off
Contract: 6+ Months – Possibility for Extension or FTE Conversion
Pay Rate: $ 25.00/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION
Organization: Cell Therapy Manufacturing
Summary: The Manufacturing Support Technician will be responsible for completing tasks in support of production and aseptic processing of clinical and commercial grade products. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining, stocking, and set-up of clean room environment.
Job Duties:

• Participates in supporting roles as part of GMP production of cell therapies including Cryopreservation of FDP, Filter Integrity Testing, and Visual Inspection.
• Coordinates autoclaving of supporting materials, components, and/or records for Manufacturing processes
• Operation of manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment in support of routine clinical and commercial production
• Operating equipment such as Controlled Rate Freezer, SARTO, Heat Sealer, Autoclave, etc.
• Knowledgeable of GMP systems including LIMS, SAP, MODA-ES, Traka, etc.
• Routine inventory of related materials
