Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Green Bay, WI, is hiring an Entry-Level Lab Technician to join the environmental testing laboratory. You’ll receive full training and start your career in sample preparation, with hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

This is an entry-level role with on-the-job instruction, a pay rate of $16.00 per hour, and a path to grow in a safety‑driven environment that supports development and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting and wear PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves).
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory sample-related activities including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on lab policies and practices.

The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. What You’ll Do

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while conducting tests, work around strong smells, and wear personal protective equipment while handling samples (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves — all provided by Pace®).
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
