The School of Architecture and Design is seeking applicants for a part-time Lab Technician (up to 25 hours per week). The Lab Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the School of Architecture and Design's labs by providing faculty and students with fabrication training and continued support, as well as maintaining equipment and lab spaces. The role also contributes to special projects, studio setup, and events that advance the School's mission. The Lab Technician is part of a collaborative team of technical staff and reports directly to the Director of Labs.
The job grade for this position is Grade 4 (N). The expected hourly rate for this position is between $27.18- $32.82 which reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. At this time, the university is unable to sponsor applicants for H-1B visas.
