Overview

Role: Orthodontic Lab Technician
Job Type: Non-exempt
Reports To: Doctor & Practice Manager
Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Creates molds and impressions of patients’ teeth for the fabrication of retainers, aligners and custom dental devices
  • Operates and maintains lab equipment
  • Assists with receiving and shipping
  • Treats patient as an honored guest and provides an unforgettable experience
  • Assists lab technician with additional duties and responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, Computer experience, Flexible Schedule
Preferred Requirements
  • 1-2 years recent experience in dental environment
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting, standing, walking for much of the day
  • Manual dexterity
  • Lifting up to 30 pounds (may exceed this amount at times in emergency patient situations)
  • Bending and reaching
