This role is ideal for candidates with quality, manufacturing, agriculture, food production, or lab experience who are passionate about safety and product quality.
The position works a rotating swing shift schedule of 5 days on/2 days off, followed by 2 days on/5 days off, providing frequent extended time off, including every other weekend off. Employees rotate between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM day shifts and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM night shifts, receive a night shift differential, and work holidays as scheduled.

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
