Actalent is seeking a GMP‑savvy professional for a contract role based in Plainville, MA. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a related field and preferred exposure to a cGMP environment.

You will apply biopharmaceutical manufacturing principles, adhere to GMP and safety standards, and balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Strong communication and the ability to learn new software are essential.

• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.

Technical Expertise and Responsibilities

Technical expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, principles, and processes. Strong understanding of current GMP and safety standards. Ability to function in a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities. Proficiency in learning new software and tools. Ability to make decisions for moderately complex GMP manufacturing activities with minimal to moderate supervision. Effective communication skills. Understanding of operational documents for GMP compliance, accuracy, and completenes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Plainville, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
