Qualifications

• Expérience chimique en laboratoire d'au moins 1 an souhaitée.
• Responsable des tests de laboratoire selon les normes prescrites.
• Compétent dans l'utilisation d'équipements et instruments de laboratoire.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer des tests en laboratoire et utiliser des machines pour déterminer des caractéristiques chimiques.
• Ajuster et faire fonctionner l'équipement de laboratoire.
• Travailler confortablement avec des couleurs.

Job description

Our Client, a Paint Manufacturing company, is looking for a Lab Technician for their Minneapolis, MN location.

Responsibilities:

• Performs laboratory tests or other laboratory work using conventional and computerized machines and work aids.
• Performs laboratory work and tests according to prescribed standards.
• Determines chemical and physical characteristics or composition.
• Sets up, readjusts, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments.

Requirements:

• Usual requirement is two years of post secondary education in field of specialty; however, some companies may accept equivalent education and experience combined.
• Candidate must have HSD/ GED and be comfortable working with color.
• Mandatory Skills: Basic Math Color differentiation
• Desired Skills: Chemical Lab experience minimum 1 year
