Saputo Cheese USA Inc. seeks a Quality Technician to oversee product quality and appearance on the production line. You will run key tests such as Babcock, Kjeldahl, pH, salt, and cryoscope, and operate equipment including FT 120 and autoclaves.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, careful sanitation and adherence to Saputo Food Safety policies, and the ability to follow all safety procedures. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer use.
• Solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping in work areas.
• Comply with Saputo Food Safety policies.
• Follow all safety procedures and SOPs.
• Able to handle and use cleaning chemicals.
