Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures; basic documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
• Perform sample preparation activities, including aliquoting, reagent preparation, sample bottling, concentration preparation, and liquid rack setup.
• Verify sample identification and resolve labeling discrepancies.
• Accurately document testing activities and maintain laboratory records.
• Enter sample information into laboratory systems.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment.
• Wash and organize laboratory glassware.
• Follow all laboratory safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with general laboratory housekeeping and inventory management.
• Support additional laboratory functions as needed.

The compensation for this position is between $18-20/HR based on experience.
