Job summary

CWT Farms in Tennessee is seeking a Lab Quality System Technician to manage daily operations of the laboratory quality system and ensure ISO compliance. You will coordinate activities, monitor performance, and distribute reports while liaising with internal Lab Quality and Technical Specialists.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and weekend availability. Proficiency in Excel and Word is expected to support quality control tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up bacteriology cultures and identify bacteria; report results.

• Learn new procedures as part of routine lab testing; comply with ISO standards.
• Weekend availability is required as the Bacteriology Department operates seven days a week.

Job Description Summary:The goal of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the technical aspects of the laboratory quality system. This individual will coordinate the activities required to meet ISO technical requirements; monitor and advise on how the system is performing; as well as distribute reports regarding performance.
