Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Lab Technician in Bedford, MA to operate production equipment for cross-linked hyaluronic acid products, following SOPs and batch records. You will document test results, review manufacturing docs, and coordinate sample prep and testing in a cleanroom setting.

The role requires 1–2 years in biomanufacturing, aseptic technique, and ability to gown for biotech facilities. This is a fully onsite contract position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or BS degree with biomanufacturing/pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• 1–2 years biotech manufacturing experience required or preferred.
• Ability to gown and gain entry to biotech/pharma manufacturing facilities and perform aseptic tasks.

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to operate production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs), Batch Records, Manufacturing, Documentation (MD), and Operational Procedures Manual (OPM). The role involves executing procedures for the production of cross-linked hyaluronic acid products, reviewing manufacturing documentation for compliance, coordinating sample preparation and testing, and accurately recording data into Batch Records, log books, and OPMs. The ideal candidate will document all work activities following Good Documentation Practices, recommend document revisions, and report procedural deviations and non-conformance to management.

Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
