Job summary

PSC Group is hiring entry-level Chemical Plant Laboratory Technicians to support plant operations by performing precise lab tests and maintaining safety standards. You will work on testing per standard methods, operate and maintain equipment, and contribute to quality assurance under ISO 9001 guidelines.

This role offers room to grow within a booming industry and a comprehensive benefits package, with on-site work and rotating shifts depending on site location.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training available.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or TWIC card depending on site.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Wear all required PPE and pass required medical exams.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous military experience a plus and following procedures is valued.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs testing as per standard methods and procedures
• Sets up testing, operates and maintains equipment
• Demonstrates integrity while performing testing with accuracy and precision
• Assures quality through company quality management systems and ISO 9001
• Understands plant processes and uses knowledge and data to interpret results
• Adheres to non-conforming work SOPs and makes sound judgement through corrective actions
• Understands OSHA, EPA, and federal regulations regarding laboratory safety and waste management
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Job Qualifications
