Title: Entry Level Lab Technician

Description:
- The Technician will be responsible for unpacking boxes safely and sorting the returned products by product lines.
- Investigate returned products to resolve customer complaints regarding blood glucose meters, strips, and sensors.
- Document complaint investigations in the Complaint Handling System.
- Utilize troubleshooting equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, microscopes, etc., to complete investigations.
- Must have basic computer skills to navigate internet programs, basic Excel skills, and the ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Experience in the Medical Device or Biotech industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic troubleshooting is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting is a plus.
- Must be a fast learner and able to follow written work instructions and SOPs.
- Strong documentation skills are essential.
- Good computer skills are necessary for data entry of investigation results.
- Ability to focus during repetitive and routine investigations is required.
- Ideal candidates may have manufacturing, inspection, or assembly experience.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- An Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Science field is a good fit.
- Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields may be considered, but candidates with a Bachelor's degree are not the ideal fit for this entry-level position.
