Mercyhealth seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform specimen collection and comprehensive laboratory testing across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, and microbiology. The Medical Laboratory Technician performs specimen collection and laboratory testing across areas including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, and microbiology while ensuring accurate and timely results. This role also performs quality control, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and supports the training of new partners and students.

Associate degree in medical laboratory science or military equivalent or must be qualified to perform high complexity testing according to CLIA 493.1489 Standard: Testing personnel qualifications.
MLT certification within one year of hire or meets CLIA 493.1489 Standard: Testing personnel qualifications on or before April 24, 1995
