Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Medical Technologist with leadership experience to collaborate with the Clinical Laboratory Director and manager in establishing technical standards and maintaining continuous quality of services.

The position emphasizes CAP activities, QC reviews, SOP writing, inventory management, and analyzer maintenance, with opportunities for professional growth within UHS and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• MT(ASCP) or equivalent plus four years of medical technologist experience, generalist preferred.
• 3 years of professional experience that demonstrates progressive leadership background.
• SBB certified or eligible for SBB certification within 12 months of hire.
• Problem solver, collaborate, multitask, initiative and self-motivated.
• Participate in all CAP activities, QC review, writing of SOPs, inventory, analyzer maintenance.
