Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Cath Lab Tech) in Tucson. You will support physicians and Cath Lab teams in diagnostic studies and procedures, operating imaging equipment to capture crucial cardiac data.

Eligible candidates have ARRT certification, RCIS preferred, 2+ years Cath Lab experience, and BLS/ACLS. On-site shifts and travel-friendly benefits are provided to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiologic Technologist credentialed as required by a Cath Lab role.
• RCIS certification preferred where available.
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab hospital experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; state licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture heart and vessel data.
• Scrub, monitor and support Cath Lab cases including angiograms and PCI.
• Maintain sterile technique and restock rooms as needed.

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• Must have cath lab experience
• ARRT required
• Experience scrubbing and monitoring required
• Sterile technique required
• Experience scrubbing cath lab procedures including angiogram, PCI, complex cases such as CTO, L main, PFO, device implant, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, and peripheral procedures required
• STEMI coverage required
• Experience with Impella and IABP required
• Knowledge of products and ability to restock rooms required

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts

On-call: 9-10 shifts per month and 1 weekend
