Overview

The Laboratory Department System Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department. This position requires a highly skilled individual in the clinical laboratory field, particularly related to laboratory results. The supervisor helps maintain excellent rapport among Laboratory staff, Physicians, Nursing Staff, and other Hospital Departments. This role works closely with the Laboratory Director to uphold policies, procedures, and daily operations of the Department and Laboratory.
