Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year computer navigation and MS Office experience (Word/Outlook).
• Typing or keyboarding skills.
• Promote teamwork through courteous and cooperative attitude to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process specimens following SOP.
• Perform testing and verify analyzer performance.
• Document and communicate lab results accurately.
• Maintain supplies and perform maintenance procedures.
• Demonstrate regulatory compliance and policies.
• Uphold laboratory customer service standards and confidentiality.
• Respond to stressful situations and changing needs.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
