Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates accuracy in specimen collection, processing and handling per orders.
• Maintains safety by following RHS policies and proper patient identification.
• Collaborates with providers, nurses and team members for patient needs.
• Ensures quality management and adherence to accreditation standards (CAP, DNV, CLIA).
• Supports QA/QI programs within the department.
